After more than 16 years leading hospitality operations, I created RMG Consulting with a simple purpose: to use my experience to help hospitality businesses and their leaders solve challenges, uncover opportunities, and achieve stronger results.

Founder & Principal, RMG Consulting
I’ve spent more than 16 years building my career in hospitality, from restaurant operations to regional and executive leadership roles overseeing complex food & beverage and hospitality operations.
Throughout that journey, I’ve had the opportunity to lead large teams, develop leaders, improve struggling operations, launch new concepts and initiatives, manage significant budgets, strengthen purchasing and cost controls, and work alongside ownership, executives, boards, and committees. Those experiences taught me that successful operations rarely come down to one thing. People, culture, systems, financial discipline, and execution all have to work together.
I created RMG Consulting because I wanted to take the experience I’ve gained throughout my career and make it available to other hospitality businesses and leaders who could benefit from it.
My approach is that of an operator, not a traditional consultant. I believe in getting into the operation, listening to the people closest to it, understanding what's really happening, and developing practical solutions that teams can execute and sustain.
Sometimes that means identifying an opportunity no one has had the time to address. Sometimes it's helping solve a difficult operational challenge, leading a project, developing a leader, improving profitability, or simply providing an experienced and objective set of eyes.
Whatever the assignment, my goal is simple:
